Context and Goal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Comida Boa<\/strong> is a healthy, low-carb frozen food delivery service that grew quickly from a small business selling on Instagram and wanted to establish itself as a full delivery service. For the company, the website would become the core of the business, serving as the main sales channel and primary point of contact with customers. The main challenge was to develop the company\u2019s first ever website and ensure a smooth transition without losing customers, while prioritizing usability and an easy purchasing experience, especially on mobile. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solution and Impact<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I was the lead for the project, guiding the team across design, development, and strategy. As the designer, I led and executed the entire end-to-end UX\/UI process \u2014 from discovery, flows, wireframes, and prototypes to the design system and hand-off. As a result, the website was successfully launched, 95% of regular customers adopted the new purchasing method, and the company tripled its revenue within two months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
